## Taxation of Cryptocurrencies in the Dominican Republic

The Dominican Republic has yet to establish a comprehensive legal framework for the taxation of cryptocurrencies. As a result, the tax treatment of cryptocurrencies remains uncertain and subject to interpretation by tax authorities.
